In consideration of your time booked and the next guests. If you arrive late to your appointment the appointment will be shortened so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will still be charged for the full appointment. However, there are no guarantees, especially if you over 10 minutes late.
In consideration of other guests and our specialists, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 48 hours in advance. All treatments must be reserved with a credit card. We reserve the right to keep your deposit amount for appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance. For services under $100.00 If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to bill half of the amount for missed appointments. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules and their careers with Purposeful Beauty Med Spa. Memberships must be canceled in writing 30 days before renewal date.

If you have any, allergies, sensitivities, disabilities, or special health concerns, including pregnancy, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you. For the safety of mother-to-be and baby, we are only able to provide massage in the second and third trimesters.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your spa treatment, but is greatly appreciated by your therapist or esthetician. If you enjoyed your treatment, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk or you may add gratuity to your credit card payment if desired.
Please discontinue any topical products for about 7-10 days before waxing/sugaring & facials.
Avoid:
Retinol, alpha hydroxy, and any counter and prescription anti-aging and acne topical creams.
We CANNOT provide waxing & facials for guests while you are on the medication and for 6 months following the completion of therapy using Accutane.
Because Accutane can impact wound healing, we recommend avoiding any elective procedures (laser, microdermabrasion, facials anywhere other than under our care, chemical peels & microblading.
